You'll speak to a person. Every time.

Not a queue. Not a chatbot. Not a call centre in another country reading from a script. When you call us, one of us picks up — and we already know who you are, because there aren't thousands of you.

If your flight is delayed at 1am, you don't need to "contact customer service." You message us, and we're there when you land.

No hidden fees. We mean it.

You know the routine at the big desks: a low headline price, then the upsell. Insurance you didn't ask for. A "young driver surcharge." A cleaning fee. An airport surcharge.

We don't do that. Our prices are on the website. The calculator shows you the real total before you book — extras, VAT and all. And airport pickup is free, because charging you €15 to hand you keys you already paid for is the kind of thing we got into this business to avoid.

The car is actually clean. Actually.

Because it's our car, and our name on it. There's no depot of 800 vehicles where nobody's accountable for any single one. There are our cars, and we look after them like they're ours — because they are.

We're flexible, because we're allowed to be

Need to drop off an hour late? Want the car left at a different hotel? Not sure yet if you'll want a child seat? A big company's answer is whatever the system permits. Ours is: let's work it out.

We can say yes to things a corporation literally cannot, because no policy manual sits between you and the person making the decision.

We live here

We're not a franchise operating a Varna branch from a spreadsheet in another city. This is our home. We know which beach has the free car park, which road to Kaliakra is worth taking, and where to eat that isn't on the tourist strip.

Ask us. That local knowledge comes free with the keys, and honestly it's the part we enjoy most.

Small is the whole point

We're a family business, and we support the community we live in. When you rent from us, the money stays in Varna — it doesn't disappear into a multinational's quarterly report. You're not a booking reference. You're our guest, and we'd like you to come back.

The honest bit: we won't have twelve of one model sitting on a lot. Book early in high season. That's the trade-off of small — and we think the rest of it is worth it.
