We collect only what we need to handle your enquiry or rental:

  • Identity & contact details — name, email address, phone number
  • Rental details — dates, chosen vehicle/apartment, pick-up location and any requests you send us
  • Correspondence — messages you send via our contact forms, email, WhatsApp or Viber
  • For confirmed rentals — additional details required by law or contract (e.g. ID/licence data collected in person at handover)
  • Technical data — basic, non-identifying information your browser sends when visiting our sites

Some processors may be located outside the EU/EEA; where so, transfers are protected by appropriate legal safeguards.

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above — typically for the duration of our correspondence and rental, and afterwards for the periods required by Bulgarian tax and accounting law. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within a reasonable period.
